AccumulateYValueAtX Method
Accumulate Y value at index for a stacked series, where Tuple.Item1 represents the upper series value at the index and Tuple.Item2 - the lower one.

Tuple<double,double> AccumulateYValueAtX( T series, int index, bool useResampledData )
